The idea was simple but ambitious: take the humble french fry and turn it into a canvas for bold, globally-inspired flavors. No boring sides, no afterthought fries — these would be the main event.

We've been part of the BET Fan Experience, brought the heat to LA Galaxy matchdays, and served crowds connected to UCLA and LAUSD events across the region.

Each of those moments meant the world to us, because they proved something: a food truck that started in Van Nuys could stand shoulder to shoulder with the biggest names at the biggest events in LA. But no matter how large the stage gets, we never forget where we came from. Still Rooted in Community

Today, FryDay operates both as a food truck and a ghost kitchen, serving up loaded fries for private events, catering, and online orders across Los Angeles. We've grown, but our roots in the San Fernando Valley keep us grounded.
