FryDay started in Van Nuys on July 4, 2019, founded by Theophilos "Theo" Okuribido with a simple idea: take the humble french fry and turn it into something bold, global, and unforgettable. What began as one truck has grown into a beloved part of the LA food scene, but the spirit hasn't changed. The FryDay food truck team still treats every event like it matters, because to us, it does.
